My approach
Working well with AI isn't about clever prompts. It's a small amount of setup, then a way of working that compounds.
The foundation — what you set up
The AI already knows your world. Your meeting notes and documents — wherever you keep them — flow in automatically, so you never start a conversation from zero.
Every project gets a place where the work and everything about it live together. Open one and the AI picks up exactly where you left off — no re-explaining.
When you figure out how you like something done, it gets written down as a skill — instructions the AI follows every time after. Figured out once, figured out for good.
The practice — how you work with it
01
Don't ask for the finished thing. Work toward it in steps — first the purpose, then the audience, then the outline — and get each one right together before moving on.
02
As you work, every preference you state — do this, skip that — gets written down as a rule the AI follows from then on. You never give the same instruction twice.
03
Those rules aren't fixed. Each time you work together, the AI refines them from what you kept and what you changed — so it fits you a little better every week.
Where this applies
This isn't just for tech people. Real things AI handles in my work and my clients' today:
From choosing parts to an orderable board, with AI checking every pinout against the datasheet.
Footage ingested, verified, and cataloged — work that used to eat an afternoon.
Every meeting captured, searchable, and connected to the work it belongs to.
AI writes the tests, runs them, and fixes what it finds.
Deep research with real sources, synthesized while you do something else.
Triage, drafts, and calendar checks without opening the apps.
How it works
01 — Talk
We talk through what you do and what you want AI to take off your plate. No prep, no pitch — and you don't need to be technical.
02 — Build
60-minute video calls where we set AI up in your actual tools — not a slideshow. Shaped to your goals.
03 — Run
You leave with workflows working and the building blocks to keep going without me.
I run a solo consulting practice, and AI runs through all of it — the research, the design, the engineering, the busywork. Nothing on this page is theory; it's how I actually work, every day. These sessions are me teaching you the same, one-on-one.
More about meA free 30-minute intro call. No strings — I'll reply within a day either way.
✓ You talk — what you do, and where your time actually goes
✓ We find two or three places AI would genuinely help
✓ You leave with concrete next steps — whether or not we work together
