Hidden Valley Ranch (HVR) has a cult following. People dip, dunk drizzle and drink ranch every single day. These “superfans” describe HVR as a constant in their lives, a flavor and brand they can always rely on to kick things up a notch.
As the brand has evolved, they have seen the increasing value of superfans and have thus re-oriented their strategy to understand and amplify superfandom.
HiddenValleyRanch.com receives over 30 million visitors a year. About 80% of those visitors come to explore the site’s 700+ recipes. Each website visit has been statistically tied to an increase in purchasing behavior.
